Stopping an Anxiety Attack

Ideally, we all want to eliminatie the root causes of anxiety, so that we don’t have anxiety attacks at all–this is the main focus of the EasyCalm Video Series, for example.

But what can you do to stop an anxiety attack that is happening right now?

 I’ve received many requests on this subject, so I’ve uploaded a brief audio MP3 that will guide you through an exercise to help. It is a very simple technique involving a basic breathing exercise combined with an NLP influenced relaxation technique.

Used together, these two produce a very effective relaxation exercise that can stop an anxiety attack before it can really get started.
